Roronoa Zoro is easily one of the most popular characters in One Piece. A master swordsman and Luffy’s right-hand, he is often seen to carry three swords, one of which is always the Wado Ichimonji as it is a prized heirloom with great significance to him. 

This replica from HanBon Forge follows the design religiously, featuring a shinogi zukuri (ridge line runs along the blade’s length on both sides) blade forged from 1095 high carbon steel to give it a very sharp edge. Following traditional Japanese craftsmanship, the blade undergoes differential heat treatment, resulting in a stunning temper line. 

Like the series, the katana is equipped with brass fittings—including a simple gold-toned oval handguard. Two bamboo pegs secure the blade’s full tang to the wooden core handle covered in black genuine rayskin and wrapped tightly with white silk cord wrap for a comfortable and secure grip. Completing the masterpiece is a white lacquered scabbard.
