Far predating their European counterparts, cane swords were widely crafted and used across East Asia, especially in China, where concealed blades where very popular. This particular piece draws from that legacy, featuring a symbolic lotus flower motif, which represents purity and spiritual growth.
The handle and shaft are made from hand-polished hardwood, offering a glossy finish and smooth, comfortable feel. Brass fittings with a golden tone add contrast and accentuate the ornamental design.
The blade is forged from high-carbon steel and traditionally folded, creating layered patterns that ripple across its surface; each one a mark of craftsmanship and style. Available sharpened or unsharpened to suit your preference.
For added support, the cane is fitted with a rubber-padded base, for aiding and making walking easier by absorbing any shock.
Choosing a different overall length variation changes the cane’s size, not the blade’s length (except when it's shorter than the standard)
