Michonne is a character from The Walking Dead, renowned for her zombie-slaying sword. This is a functional, premium replica of her sword, a Japanese-styled Katana blade crafted from gyaku-kobuse, using two types of steel, 1095 high carbon and folded Damascus Steel. The blade boasts a shinogi-zukuri profile, enhancing its strength for practical slashing. It features a proper clay temper, providing a harder edge with a genuine hamon.
The full tang blade is double-pegged to ensure security. Without a bohi (groove), its impact during strikes is increased. The handle boasts a tight rayskin and leather tsuka-maki, guaranteeing a very firm grip. The sword comes with a wooden scabbard wrapped in leather, equipped with a belt loop. Made from brass, silver, and alloy, its fittings also allow for full disassembly.
