Kukri knives are versatile tools that can adapt to various tasks, depending on their design. They can be light and agile for combat or thick and heavy for bushcraft and survival purposes. Citadel's rendition of the kukri takes a practical approach, finding the perfect balance between these two extremes. It proves highly valuable in camp activities or hunting, and in a pinch, it can serve effectively in combat situations.

The blade of this kukri is crafted from imported DNH7 steel, which is hand forged and differentially hardened using the Japanese method. This process creates a durable, hardened edge while maintaining a softer, more resilient spine and tang. The blade is sharpened to a full convex profile, significantly enhancing the durability of the hardened edge.

For convenient storage and carry, the kukri comes with a full grain leather belt sheath. Citadel has designed a unique button and loop fastener system that securely holds the knife in place yet allows for quick removal during emergencies. It's important to note that since DNH7 is a high-carbon steel, it is recommended not to store the knife in the leather sheath for extended periods. Therefore, a nylon zipper storage pouch is included for long-term storage instead.
